Gauze is a lightweight, loosely woven Cotton fabric. Made up of six delicate organic thin layers of gauze, this blanket is our lightest and softest offering. I looked at quite a few gauze blankets before deciding on this one and bought with the Rose frill blanket. My goodness they are both so beautiful. It is incredibly soft and holds its shape well, I love the added lace touch too. I was worried about washing it but it looks perfect afterwards. We wrap our newborn in it every night and have used it in the hospital and for photos too. Love it!
So soft it keeps him warm but will be perfect for summer too as a light blanket I have made several purchases and I have not been disappointed once
