RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are proud to offer beautiful, high quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your purchases from Bundl Australia. In most cases you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase for a store credit.
If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us to explain why you are not satisfied.
With regard to a change of mind return, Bundl Australia will have to receive the item to determine it is in original condition prior to any store credit being issued to the purchaser. If the goods are damaged or used, Bundl Australia reserves the right to refuse a store credit. The cost of postage back to Bundl Australia is at the purchaser’s expense. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you choose carefully.
Damaged packaging may incur a replacement fee. Returns of online purchases may be made by post.
With regard to exchanges the following applies: If you would like to exchange an item, please email our customer services team at hello@bundlaustralia.com. Once the returned item is received, a new order with the exchanged item will be processed and we will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed. Returns of online purchases may be made by post. The cost of postage back to Bundl Australia is at the purchaser’s expense.
If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact our customer services team and they will assist you.
Please do not post your items back to us without our consent or exchange approval. Any exchanges or refunds that involve extra postage are at your cost.
Please note: we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow the care label of the garment when washing. If you are unsure, please contact our customer services team for advice.
