Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Bundl Australia ("Bundl", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bundl Australia 7th Birthday Sale and associated prize giveaways ("Promotion").
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on Friday 2 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 5 October 2026.
Any purchases or entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Birthday Sale
During the Promotion Period, customers can receive 25% off sitewide at Bundl Australia.
The 25% discount applies to eligible products available on the Bundl Australia website during the Promotion Period.
The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer or promotion unless otherwise stated by Bundl.
4. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
To be eligible to enter the giveaway, participants must:

Make an eligible purchase from Bundl Australia during the Promotion Period; and
-
Meet any additional entry requirements applicable to the individual prize.
Employees of Bundl Australia, immediate family members of employees, and anyone directly involved in administering the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter
Eligible customers who make an eligible purchase during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one entry into the applicable prize draw, provided all requirements for that prize have been met.
Each eligible transaction constitutes one entry.
Multiple eligible transactions may result in multiple entries.
Any purchase that is cancelled, refunded or otherwise invalidated may be deemed ineligible.
6. Additional Requirement — Maxi-Cosi Prize
To be eligible to win the Maxi-Cosi Calao Light Travel Cot, entrants must:
-
Make an eligible purchase from Bundl Australia during the Promotion Period; and
-
Be following Maxi-Cosi @maxicosi_au on Instagram at the time the prize draw takes place.
Bundl will verify the selected entrant's eligibility before confirming the winner.
If the selected entrant is not following Maxi-Cosi on Instagram at the time of the draw, they will be deemed ineligible for the Maxi-Cosi prize and another eligible entrant will be selected.
Following Maxi-Cosi on Instagram is only an additional requirement for entry into the Maxi-Cosi prize draw and is not required for the other prizes.
7. Prizes
There are three prizes available to be won:
Prize 1: Ninja Luxe Café Espresso Machine
Prize 2: Maxi-Cosi Calao Light Travel Cot
Prize 3: $500 Bundl Australia store credit/voucher to spend on Bundl products.
There will be one winner selected for each prize.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
The $500 Bundl prize is redeemable on eligible Bundl Australia products and is not redeemable for cash.
8. Prize Draw
The three prize winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The prize draw will take place at:
10:00am AEST on Tuesday 6 October 2026.
For the Maxi-Cosi prize, Bundl will verify that the selected entrant satisfies the additional Instagram requirement before confirming the winner.
If a selected entrant is found to be ineligible or does not satisfy the applicable entry requirements, another eligible entrant will be selected.
9. Winner Notification & Announcement
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided with their eligible Bundl order.
The three winners will also be announced via a Bundl Australia Instagram post on Tuesday 6 October 2026 following the prize draw.
By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that their name and/or social media handle may be included in the winner announcement.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Bundl reserves the right to redraw the applicable prize and select another eligible winner.
10. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered to the winner's nominated Australian or New Zealand address.
Bundl will arrange delivery of the prizes at no additional cost to the winner, unless otherwise specified.
Bundl is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or courier services outside of its reasonable control.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering the Promotion, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability relating to the Promotion.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Bundl Australia and not to Instagram.
12. General Conditions
Bundl reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or who Bundl reasonably believes has attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the Promotion.
Bundl reserves the right to cancel, modify or extend the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Bundl Australia's Privacy Policy.
Information may be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting winners and arranging prize delivery.
By entering, participants consent to Bundl using their information for the purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By making an eligible purchase during the Promotion Period and participating in the giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
